About Lana Van Raay

As the Nurse Unit Manager, Lana aims to lead a modern and patient-focused centre, while promoting an inclusive workplace. Lana is passionate about the need for holistic care, clear communication and the ongoing training and education of all staff.

Being dual trained in both Eastern medicine and Western medicine, and lead many research projects at a local level, Lana understands the need for interdisciplinary communication to improve our patients quest for better health. Experience from both private and public health sectors has provided Lana a wealth of knowledge focusing on patient care, improving patient experience and leading with evidence-based practice.
